Bill and Natalia dive into challenges of providing security services for 50,000 people across 25 countries and how she is developing standards and what she needs from the industry to succeed in enterprise solutions when it comes to engaging within service providers globally.
Natalia's Bio:
Corporate Security Leader with 15 years of experience in the private sector, focused on creating a strong security culture. An expert in strategic development, executive protection, crisis management, and the protection of personnel, expatriates, and travelers in high-risk environments. Currently, she is a Senior Global Security Manager at an automotive company, developing strategies aligned with business processes in 24 countries, respecting cultural differences. With a passion for training and risk management, she integrates cutting-edge innovations to effectively reduce risks. Previously, she was a Corporate Security Manager for 10 years at a leading luxury vehicle company and a Security Consultant.
Her academic background includes a Postgraduate Degrees in Strategic Corporate Communication from Tec de Monterrey (Mexico), in Security Management from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (Spain), amongst other. She also obtained a Master’s Degree in Science from the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León in collaboration with the University of Massachusetts and completed her Degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science at the Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León.
Her professional volunteering includes ASIS International, where she actively participates in the Mexico Bajío chapter and previously served on the board for the Mexico North chapter and as Leader of the Women's Security Group. She has been also a member of OSAC engaging in continuous education and networking within the security industry. Currently, she has been invited as a speaker at webinars and conferences for security professionals on topics such as security and self-protection for women, security for travelers and expatriates, security culture, and supply chain security, among others.
